Company Overview

The aim for our company is to achieve an ever improving image of the vending service we provide. We are based in the central location of the Top Business Park, Hallow in the heart of Worcester and we service customers on a daily basis from Hereford in the west to Cheltenham and Gloucester in the south and our northern/eastern boundaries are Redditich, Wolverhampton and Pershore.

Vending Ltd is an independent company but is a member of a national buying group Associated Vending Services (AVS). This association of local vending operators throughout the country enables members to offer the competitive terms of larger organisations without losing the personal service that our customers need. AVS provides over 40 million in-cup drinks per year, £8 million of confectionery per annum and fresh foods supplied from over 29000 automatic vending machines. With this national back up, we can service your company whether you employ 20 or 200 people as we tailor every vending refreshment solution to individual company requirements.

Our management team play a pivotal role in customer care and the points of contact are as follows:

Tony Grady Customer Care Manager - dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Zoë Holmes: Accounts Manager - responsible for administration and managing customer accounts.

Quality Policy

Vending Ltd aims to be the preferred partner of each of its customers by serving quality food and drink from clean, reliable vending machines, every time, all the time.

The equipment we supply is selected from the most advanced available on the market, chosen for reliability and ease of use by our customers. Ingredients are always of the highest quality and regularly replaced for maximum freshness.

We have a team of trained engineers and operators to maintain, clean and fill vending machines. We operate a round the clock maintenance service and aim to attend to every service call within two hours.

Our distribution service supplies hot drink ingredients, ambient & chilled confectionery snack products, refrigerated food, and cold drink machines including cans, bottle and water machines to customers who manage their own vending systems.

Vending Ltd is committed to a policy of Quality Assurance in all its activities, in particular to ensuring that all its services meet obligations to customers and achieve the Standards of Quality specified in EN ISO 9001: 2000 and relevant Schedules. The company is a member of Associated Vending Services (AVS), a national buying group, and of the Automatic Vending Association (AVA), whose Quality Accreditation the company has been awarded.

The Managing Director has given the Quality Manager, who is the Quality Representative for the company, full authority to implement the Quality Policy. Staff in all functions are expected to strive for continuous improvement and are required to co-operate with the Quality Manager and members of the Systems Review Committee in implementation of Quality Procedures.

This manual and the associated Quality Procedures are the Company’s authoritative documents relating to Quality.
