Maintenance Services

We have a team of trained engineers who install and maintain vending machines. We operate a round the clock maintenance service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and aim to attend to every service call within two hours. This is one of the key quality objectives of the company which we monitor on a regular basis.

There are two types of servicing contracts agreed with the customer either call-out servicing if required or a fixed term maintenance contract.

Each service engineer has an Engineers Manual which defines company procedures and also covers key food safety and health and safety requirements and a training plan is designed for each service engineer which identifies any training needs and the actions required.
