What Is Involved In Operating?

We pride ourselves on the quality of product at the point of consumption; the hygiene of the machines; and efficient and reliable service from our team of operators.

Vending Ltd supply the machines and then agree an operating contract to maintain, fill, clean and service the machines. Cups, commodities and products are supplied and an operator will fill and clean the machine and collect and account for the cash takings. The prices to be charged for the vended products are jointly agreed. The level of service required i.e. number of visits will vary depending on the type of machine, types of products, consumption patterns etc.

Each individual operator follows a specially designed route so that they have a set number of sites which they routinely operate. The operator will visit the site and depending on the type of the machine will replenish the stock within the machine and clean the machine according to the individual requirements.

Each operator has an Operators Manual which defines company procedures and also covers key food safety and health and safety requirements and a training plan is designed for each operator which identifies any training needs and the actions required.

The company prides itself on its high quality level of customer services ensuring reliability branded, quality drinks and dedicated staff.

Vending Ltd provides an operating service for our customers, which most companies utilise. However there are examples of companies, who look after their own machines where the quality of the products vended and the machine performance do not meet their requirements.

Vending's solution to this problem is to provide a flexible, competitive, operating contract which is designed with focus on hygiene and quality systems to ensure minimal risk to the company and its staff.
